Returns & Exchanges

At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
