We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that clearance items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, while flat-rate shipping applies to all other orders.
Can I return an online purchase to a physical store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned to any Suzy Shier or Le Château location across Canada. Please bring your original invoice and the credit card used for the purchase to process your refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
